I enjoyed your video clip because your topic Japchae is in fact my favorite korean food. It was useful and informative, making me really want to make it and eat it when seeing you presenting. Your strong points are the good use of images on your presentation, your concentration without being disturbed despite the background sound and the catch phrase 'Try it tonight' which sounds nice for me but isn't it a bit suggestive...? And even though you didn't seem disturbed by the laughing noise in the back, it was a bit hard to follow by moments.
I liked your topic. It was well organized and simple. But i didn't get the part ' ingridients need alot'. Does this mean that lots of ingridients are in need to be cooked? I liked your concentration during the presentation, but you voice was pretty unaudiable. It would been better if your voice were louder. Anyway I enjoyed the video, i wonering if you haver ever cooked Japchae before. :)
The topic is really fresh, but it was a little bit difficult to focus on your presentation because of noise. I feel sorry about it. When you introduce the ingredient, it will be better if make it as a list such as 1. noodle 2. vegetable(Spinach, carrots, mushrooms, onion) 3. pork 4. seasoning
Your voice was clear and confident, and it seems you prepared a lot. I like your closing, and I really enjoyed your presentation which makes me hungry :)
